The Benefits of a Vegetarian Diet


One of our missions at Aww Shucks is to educate the community about the benefits of eating more vegetables, preferably whole foods. We chose corn specifically, because it is considered a whole grain/vegetable, it can be roasted, and it is versatile. Our mouth-watering recipes are just the added bonus! We are proud to be a fully operating vegetarian/plant-based food truck. Since operating, we have noticed that many of our customers are having cobs and bakers for lunch only, which means that they are having "meatless" lunches. We see many of our customers at least twice a week, which means they are increasing their vegetable intake! That makes us extremely happy and motivates us to create more vegetarian and plant-based recipes for you all.
